Inside the studio
From concept
to clean.
A disciplined, creative process that turns real cleaning problems into simple, durable tools.
01Watch it happen
The drawing board,
live.
Every product starts here: on paper, at the end of a pencil, usually late at night. Watch a few ideas take shape, get questioned, get crossed out and get drawn again.
Use the lines under the board to turn the page.
02The six stages
From blank page
to finished brush.
Every stage happens in house, and every design goes through all six. Some take weeks. Some take years.
Listen
Every brief starts with a real job: a floor, a coat of pet hair, a wet yard, a tired hand. We ask questions before we draw a line.
Sketch
Dozens of ideas go onto paper before one is chosen. Most are crossed out. That is the point.
Shape
Form, balance and grip are refined, view by view, until the design feels right in the hand and is ready to be made.
Prototype and test
Real prototypes are tested on real surfaces: carpet, tile, pet hair, wet and dry. What fails goes back to the drawing board.
Prove
Every design is measured against strict standards for durability and hygiene before it is approved.
Hand over
Approved designs go to Sweepro Manufacturing in Sri Lanka, our own family factory, for production.

03Engineered for real life
Designed for the floor,
not the showroom.
We design products that work in real homes, on real floors, in real weather. Every stage of our process exists to find the flaws before a customer ever could.
That is why a Sweepa feels right the first time you use it, and still feels right years later.
Talk to the studio
Have a problem
worth designing for?
Bring it to the studio. We will ask a lot of questions, and then we will start sketching.
